I have been shaping my skills as a technology and business consultant for over 16 years, in areas such as product/business modelling, digitalization, cost optimization and general operational efficiencies. My current skillset and experience have been developed with a backdrop of incremental leadership responsibilities from an eclectic mix of industries ranging from Aerospace and Manufacturing, Military Aviation, Airlines and Hospitality interplayed with Information Technology.

Applying lean culture and principles to data science, transformation, and new technologies, I focus on truly understanding the impacts and drivers of strategic decisions at an operational level. As a leader, I develop teams with an entrepreneurial spirit by enabling them to think, practice continuous improvement, and focus on the things they do best – bringing value to the business.

By implementing novel technologies with an intention of tackling high stake business challenges, while delivering economic value to investors, I am keen to further sharpen my executive leadership, stakeholder influencing and business change management skills in the post-Covid 19 world.

    + Consultant to Chief Audit Executive to plan, prioritize, deliver and monitor 25B$ Emirates Group audit portfolio by transforming processes through efficient use of technology and data

    + Drive digitalization strategy, data driven culture and, lean process improvements across the Group promoting efficient utilization of available resources

    + Partner with department heads to conduct break down analysis and derive recommendations to create, update or automate processes

    + Utilise advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to improve effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance processes across several domains

    + Develop, propose, and deliver interactive senior executive dashboards and mobile applications bringing together large datasets with crucial insights/foresights for educated decision making

    + Guide senior leaders across the Group to ensure that their strategy highlights existing business performance challenges and, support them on solutioning through experiments

    + Manage a portfolio of cost convergence projects by building and prioritising different value propositions

    + Lead and coach a team of project managers and lean consultants across functions and locations

    + Develop senior executive and business leader relationships within the customer departments

    + Represent CIMPA on innovation, data analytics, design to cost and other value driven capabilities at sales events

    + Collaborate with functional departments to identify and implement innovative improvement opportunities

    + Develop innovative but practical and cost-effective implementation solutions for complex projects/programmes that have influences on other production drivers

    + Patented a product design to reduce installation time for wire harnesses in carbon fibre aircraft

    + Lead a team of engineers responsible to develop wire harnesses from concept through manufacturing to fit out

    + Coordinate with stakeholders across the world on supply chain planning, change and configuration management
